Weekly Services

A gentle, unhurried gathering of meditation, guidance, and personal growth.

A time to pause, reconnect, and grow together.

Our Sunday service brings us together to explore our connection with the Divine, one another, and the natural world. Through meditation, spiritual reflection, and community, we create space to deepen our awareness and bring greater compassion, purpose, and presence into everyday life.

What to Expect

1. Welcome & Arriving Together

We begin with a warm welcome and an invitation to settle into the present moment—to take an intentional breath, open our hearts, and reconnect with ourselves and the community.

2. Opening Meditation

A guided meditation offers space to quiet the mind, become present, and open to a deeper sense of connection.

3. Weekly Teaching & Exploration

Each week, we explore a theme that invites curiosity and spiritual growth. Teachings connect direct experience with reflection on consciousness, interconnectedness, compassion, nature, and our relationship with the sacred. The focus is not simply on gathering knowledge, but on discovering how insight can shape the way we live.

4. Closing Reflection

We close the teaching with a meaningful thought or quote—an invitation to pause, reflect, and carry the message into the week ahead.

5. Carrying the Connection Forward

We end with gratitude and encouragement to bring presence and compassion into daily life, nurture our connection with the sacred, and continue growing together. Community announcements offer opportunities to stay involved, serve, and invite others to join us.

A Space for Sincere Exploration

You do not need to use the same language for the Divine as everyone else. CROWN invites people to approach spiritual life with curiosity, humility, compassion, and respect—and to translate personal insight into meaningful relationships and service.

Our regular Sunday services do not include psychedelic or controlled-substance sacraments. Any sacramental ceremonies are separate from ordinary weekly worship.
